LE CORNER is a porcelain object allowing you to raise your plate, to concentrate the sauce, in part of the plate.

When you slide LE COIN under the plate, the sauce takes refuge at the edge of the plate. Concentrated against the (raised) edge of the plate, the sauce takes on depth, volume, enough to be able to dip foods, such as

the artichoke leaf in the vinaigrette…

 

THE CORNER can also be used as a cutlery holder. 

It makes it possible to underline and highlight the line, the curves of the cutlery.
